What data we collect

• From the application form: name, age, phone, email, social media profiles, city and what you tell us about yourself.
• From the partner form: name, brand, email, phone, country and message.

Why we collect it

To select the members for our trips, to contact you and to reply to brand enquiries. We don't use your data for anything else and we never sell it.

Who we share it with

The website is hosted by Cloudflare and the forms are delivered to our email through the FormSubmit service. Only the club's organisers can see the data.

How long we keep it

Until the end of the selection for the trip and up to 12 months after that, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to theambitiousgirlclub@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
